ST. BRENDAN CLERGY
Fr. Nickse, Fr. Peterman, Fr. Soutuyo, Fr. Calderon
Deacon Lannon, Deacon Alonso, Deacon Blanco
You shall be the rock of my Chruch!
The focus of all
Parish communities within the Archdiocese of Miami
is evangelization and the
administering of the Sacraments.
We must then all come to fully
realize how truly vital the clergy of
every Parish is to it's community.
For without the clergy, half of the
purpose of the Parish is gone, and thereby
making the
Parish truly incomplete.
This page is dedicated
especially to those special men of St. Brendan
Parish who truly touch our lives
day in and day out...those men who
are the Clergy of St. Brendan Parish!

Our
Pastor
Rev. Fr. Jose Pablo Nickse
Father Nickse has a very special
place in the heart of the Parishoners
of St. Brendan. September 2001
marked his 20th Anniversary as
Pastor of our Parish! Truly this has been
quite a journey for him, but
all who have walked through our doors and have had the pleasure of
meeting Fr. Nickse can truly testify to the feeling that the
last 20
years in our Parish have truly been memorable ones!
Rev.
Fr. Charles Peterman
Father Peterman is truly a warm and loving man who is the
embodiment of a true
follower of Christ. Always bringing a smile to
the faces of those who come to our Parish, St. Brendan's would not
be the same without him!
Rev.
Fr. Raul Soutuyo
Father Soutuyo truly brings a special touch to the Parish of St.
Brendan.
He is the Spiritual Director for our Altar Server Ministry,
which is one of the core ministries of our Parish. In him,
many of
those who come to our
Parish find a true example of what we should
all strive to achieve in our
faith...a true unity with God!
Rev.
Fr. Francisco Calderon
Father Calderon, originally from Spain, is a Dominican priest and
therefore is extremely devout to St. Dominic. No one has taken roots
in our Parish is unfamiliar with his moving interpretation of the Word
of God through poetry
which he so enthusiastically reads to conclude
each of his homilies. His
words and work in the community are an
inspiration to us all!
Deacon
Bill Lannon
Taking charge of the Liturgical Committee, Ministry of Lectors, and
Eucharistic
Ministry, Deacon Lannon truly is at the center of much of
the Liturgical
activity of our Parish!
Deacon Jose P.
Alonso
Deacon Alonso has dedicated a great number of years in service to
our Parish and
it's community. Deacon Alonso and his family's
dedicated service have
truly earned them a special place amongst the
St. Brendan Parish Family!
Deacon
Eduardo Blanco
With his full attention on the younger of our two Youth Groups, Spirit
Fire and
his many responsibilities at St. Brendan High School, Deacon
Blanco truly brings
an youthful and vibrant energy to our Parish
community!
