ST. BRENDAN YOUTH MINISTRY
FOUR GROUPS...ONE MISSION!
The youth of today...
are truly the leaders of tomorrow!
At St. Brendan Parish, our Youth are very
important to our community.
The three groups which comprise our Youth
Ministry are the Altar
Servers, Spirit Fire, and
Spirit Alive!
All three groups work together throughout the
Liturgical Year to really
bring a youthful spirit
to our Parish and it's community and without
them the
Parish would not be the same!
Altar Servers
The St. Brendan Altar Server Ministry dedicates itself to
service to both God
and community. With every one of
our Altar Servers serving at the Altar at
least once a
week, the Altar Server Ministry is truly a journey of faith
for both the Server and their family.

Spirit Fire
This Youth Group unites the youth of our Parish from ages
13-18 with weekly
youth meetings (every Thursday at
7:30 p.m.) at our Retreat House, Casa Nazareth
and it's
many Retreats throughout the year. This group truly
sparks the fire of faith in the youth of today so that they
might bring that light into the
world of tomorrow!

Spirit Alive
The single young adults, ages 18-35 of our Parish
community gather in this youth
group which takes the
fire of faith within them and strengthens it through
group meetings and many Retreats throughout the year.
It truly embodies the fact
that the Holy Spirit is
truly alive and thriving in our Parish community!

Liturgy for Kids
Throughout all the organizations found within our Parish, there
is a strong commitment to the youth, but especially to our children! This
exciting Ministry brings the Liturgy of the Word at our Sunday Liturgies down to
a level that can better be understood by our children. The Ministry is
offered at our 11:00 A.M. English Mass and now at the 12:30 P.M. Spanish
Mass! Indeed, this Ministry is a constant reminder to the entire Parish
community that our Children are our future!
